The first tab on the Accounts page is Account Info. This tab displays the basic overview details of your account, which includes:

General Details - An overview of the account details.

Account Holder - Contact information for the primary point of contact for the account.

Primary User - The details for the primary user, or account administrator.

Default SOA Contact Info - Displays the email address for the Start of Authority (SOA) record that contains the administrative information for the zone/domain.

Assigned Name Servers - Displays any Assigned Name Server details that have been applied to the account.

Pending Name Servers - Displays any Pending Name Server changes being applied to the account.

Pending Authorization Contact Information - Will only appear for SAML enabled accounts that have opted-in to enable the Pending Authorization security feature. This section displays the contact email that will be notified when any newly provisioned SAML user account attempts to access the Managed Services Portal for the first time.

Security Preferences - Provides the ability for the Account Owner or users in the ADMINISTRATIVE and/or SECURITY-ADMINISTRATION groups to set security-level preferences that can be applied to all users in the account.
