The Pending Authorization Contact Information section is provided for those SAML enabled accounts that have opted to enable the Pending Authorization feature on their account. When enabled, the Pending Authorization feature places any newly created (provisioned) SAML users into a custom Pending Authorization security group, which restricts access to the Managed Services Portal until an account administrator logs in and moves them to a designated security group.
The first time a user in this group attempts to access the Managed Services Portal, an email notification will be sent to the email address provided in this section indicating the selected user attempted to access the portal.
Click the Add button to provide the email address that will receive the login notification email. Because only one email address can be provided in this section, a distribution email address is supported.
Click the Edit or Delete button to change or remove the email address currently provided.
