The Service Status Dashboard displays the current service availability (status) for the various Ultra (UltraDNS) service offerings. Click on the link provided (https://status.ultradns.com/) to be directed to the UltraDNS System Status page, which utilizing the third party provider “status.io” is continuously updated with the most current information for service availability.
Once on the UltraDNS System Status page, you’ll see all of the current UltraDNS services’ operational status, and as well as the number of maintenance / incident occurrences, and historical view of the last seven days.
The top banner will display the overall System Status based upon all of the service and features statuses for UltraDNS as well as UltraDNS Firewall. If a service is down (not-reachable), the status color will change as well as the current message per service.
Additionally, you can select the History button at the bottom of the screen to expand the service status history for the UltraDNS (Ultra) services for the last several months. You can click on the event date to minimize or expand the service status details.
