To update the SOA contact email in bulk in UltraDNS after logging in, follow these steps:
- Click on Domains
- Under the Type column, change the dropdown selection from ALL to Primary to list all the primary zones
- Next to the Domain column is a checkbox to the left to check
- Press Edit Selected button that has a pencil icon
- Under the Record Type column, change the dropdown selection to SOA
- Under the Field column, change the dropdown selection to SOA-Zone Contact Email

Under the Change From column, enter the current email for the zones
- NOTE: If any/all zones have different emails listed, you will have to repeat this process for each zone that has a different email you want to update
- Under the Change To column, enter the new email you want to update the zone(s) to
- Press Continue
This bulk change can only be applied to Primary zones but not Secondary zones, Alias zones or DNSSEC enabled zones. For the remaining 30 secondary zones, the options to change are to either:
- Update the contact email manually
- Use the API to change the SOA contact email
