Migrating to a New SAML Provider

If you are migrating/changing your current SAML provider to a new SAML provider, the UltraDNS Team will need three things.

1. The metadata .XML file of the new SAML provider
   1. SAML metadata is an XML document which contains information necessary for interaction with SAML-enabled identity or service providers. The document contains e.g. URLs of endpoints, information about supported bindings, identifiers and public keys
   2. The new SAML provider will know what you're referring to when you contact them asking for it
2. The SSO/IDP certificate
3. When the migration needs to occur
   1. This can be scheduled or done per the team's availability
   2. If scheduled then a date and time is required
4. If a LIVE call is required when the update is done for testing
   1. If a call isn't necessary, UltraDNS Support will follow-up via the support ticket
