If you are migrating/changing your current SAML provider to a new SAML provider, the UltraDNS Team will need three things.

The metadata .XML file of the new SAML provider
- SAML metadata is an XML document which contains information necessary for interaction with SAML-enabled identity or service providers. The document contains e.g. URLs of endpoints, information about supported bindings, identifiers and public keys
- The new SAML provider will know what you're referring to when you contact them asking for it
- The SSO/IDP certificate

When the migration needs to occur
- This can be scheduled or done per the team's availability
- If scheduled then a date and time is required

If a LIVE call is required when the update is done for testing
- If a call isn't necessary, UltraDNS Support will follow-up via the support ticket
