Symptom
UltraDNS name server returning Region A “A” Record to Region B user.
Root Cause
IP address that is physically located in Region A is categorized as being in Region B in Quova database.
Steps to Resolution
Directional DNS: Configuring Source IP with GeoLocation When Target is Already In Use can be performed by customer or customer support
Additional Information
IPv6 sources will be considered a part of the "Uncategorized" group within Directional DNS.
