Run the following from a command line from a location receiving the wrong answer:
nslookup whereami.ultrasupport.info.
or
dig whereami.ultrasupport.info
Look at the value to the right of Name: in nslookup or to the right of CNAME in dig:
a. If the country or state is not the correct location for user's recursive DNS server wait for the next Geolocation update.
b. If the value next to the country or state is the correct location for the user's recursive DNS server, please send Directional Troubleshooting tests to support at https://www.ultraproducts.support or by calling toll free: 1-844-929-0808 / International +1 540-835-5462.
Additional Information
The test needs to be run from the location you're trying to test. If you have a user saying they get the wrong directional answer, that user needs to run the whoami.ultrasupport.info test.
Nslookup tests need trailing dots after the hostnames. Without trailing dots, nslookup might suffix domain names to your hostname and generate false errors.
