1. Log into UltraDNS portal
2. Click Accounts
3. Click the <account name> that you see as a blue hyperlink under the Account column
4. Click the Change Primary User button on the right side of the screen.
5. Select the <username> from the drop down box of the user you want as the new Owner.
6. Click Save

This promotes an existing user to the primary user for the account.
Steps can only be performed by the current account owner <username>
Note: The Account Owner doesn't always have to have a username/access to the UltraDNS portal. Sometimes the account owner would be someone in billing in your company, or another individual whom your Account manager has as the POC.
The Primary User/Owner is someone who does have user access and is a technical contact for the account (configured at account creation).
