If your cancellation request is related to an account-level concern, contract question, or service issue, contact your account manager first to discuss available options.
How to Request Cancellation
Send an email to cancel@digicert.com requesting cancellation of services.
Email Response and Whitelisting Guidance
A member of the DigiCert team will respond from a @digicert.com email address.
To ensure you receive the response:
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Review any mailbox filtering rules.
- Allow or whitelist the digicert.com domain within your email system or mail security gateway.
Verification
Monitor your inbox for confirmation or follow-up instructions. If you do not receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, verify that digicert.com emails are not being blocked.
