- Go to UltraDNS
- Click Forgot your Password?

Enter <User ID> in the User Name textbox
- The email will be sent to the primary email address on file for the User Id in question
- Complete the <captcha>
- Click Reset Password
- You will receive an email from ultradnssupport@vercara.com with a link to complete the password reset

If you do not receive the password reset email within 10 minutes, please perform the following in order:
- Check your Spam folder
- Check any other Junk or catch-call folders
- Contact your network team to confirm emails are not being blocked from *vercara.com*
- If you need us to reset the password, for security reasons, the request cannot be made over the phone and the email request must come from the email address in the account.
