- Go to UltraDNS
- Click Forgot your Password?
- Enter <User ID> in the User Name textbox
- Complete the <captcha>
- Click Reset Password
- You will receive an email from ultradnssupport@vercara.com with a link to complete the password reset
Additional Information
The email will be sent to the primary email address on file for the User Id in question.
If you do not receive the password reset email within 10 minutes please open a ticket with support at https://dns.ultraproducts.support
If you need us to reset the password, for security reasons, the request cannot be made over the phone and the email request must come from the email address in the account.
