The two-factor mobile authentication is automatically enabled & available for use on all accounts as of 6/29/17. Users must follow the below steps to enable mobile authentication on their individual user accounts:
- Log into the UltraDNS Managed Services Portal
- Click your name at the top, right-hand corner then select My Profile
- Ensure a Mobile Number is specified on the My Profile tab (Plus sign, country code, followed by phone number--numbers only ex. +1555123456)
- Click Save
- Click the Security Preferences tab
- Set Two Factor Authentication - Mobile Authentication to Enabled
- Users will receive a text message to the specified mobile number containing a 6 digit code
- Enter the code to verify & click Save
