PTR's in <Domain> Not Resolving

Steps to Test

1. Run the following from command prompt or www.digwebinterface.com:
   1. Dig -x 10.11.12.13 +trace
   2. Answer for 'Dig -x 10.11.12.13 +trace' returned SOA for 12.11.10.in-addr.arpa instead of 11.10.in-addr.arpa where record existed

Root Cause

Child zone (12.11.10.in-addr.arpa) conflict blocked resolution of PTR record added to parent domain (11.10.in-addr.arpa).

Steps to Resolution

Either delete child zone 12.11.10.in-addr.arpa or add PTR to 12.11.10.in-addr.arpa instead of 11.10.in-addr.arpa
