What Kinds of Two-Factor Authentication Do You Support for Management (DNS) and Support Portals?

Management Portal (DNS)

There are currently two kinds of Two-Factor authentication for UltraDNS (the portal used for managing external DNS).

Mobile 2FA

How to Enable Two-Factor Mobile Authentication (How to Enable Two-Factor Mobile Authentication)

A user can opt into mobile 2FA using the instructions above.  

QR Code

To enable QR Code Based Two Factor Authentication (2FA):

1. Download or use any QR Code Based Mobile Authenticator Application
   1. Some common examples include Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, and Authy.
2. Scan the QR Code to setup your access, and then enter the six-digit code that is provided from your Mobile Authenticator Application.
3. Click Submit to complete the setup process for QR Code Based Two Factor Authentication on your account.

Once verified, an email will be sent to the email address on file confirming 2FA was enabled. All future login attempts will require a Verification Code from your QR Code Authenticator App.
