- Click Accounts
- Click <Account Name>
- Click Zone Transfer Settings tab
- Add Any IP addresses you wish to allow under Restrict IPs
- Click Add+
- Select the Range Type (either IP Address Start/End, CIDR or Single IP Address)
- Enter the values for the IP address or range (under IP Range Start, IP Range End or CIDR or IP Address--whatever is on your screen here is determined by what you selected in previous substep)
- Enter any Comments or leave blank (optional field that has no impact on functionality)
- Click Save
- Repeat 4a-e for any additional IP addresses or ranges you wish to allow
- Optional Step: Add any IP addresses you wish for us to send notifies to under Notify Addresses
- Click Add+
- Enter IP address under IP Address:
- Enter Description or leave blank (optional field that has no impact on functionality)
- Optional Step: Under TSIG Key, enter your TSIG key if you wish to use TSIG authentication on zone transfers between our primary and your secondary (requires additional configuration your secondary name server)
- Select the Algorithm you wish to use
- Click Autogenerate Key (or manually enter your own Name and Secret)
- Click Save Key

Insight Into Step 3: If you do not see the Zone Transfer tab, it is likely a permissions issue. Though admins and technical users can see zone transfer tabs on a domain-by-domain basis, only the account owner/Primary user (one user only that exists at a higher permissions level than Admins) can see this tab.
If you do not know the Primary User for an account you have access, Customer Support provide contact info to you.
