Why Does an Overall Number Not Match the Number I Get When I Add Up All Related Rows?
The overall numbers are the sum of all rows.
The Report Center will not export all rows however as it has a maximum value of 10,000.
So if you have more than 10,000 rows of data, summing those rows will not give you the correct total for your account.
How Do I Get the Top 10,000 Most Queried Hostnames in My Account?
This is not something that is available with our query reports.
You can get the top 10,000 most queried domain names.
Or you can get the top 10,000 most queried hostnames within a single domain.
You cannot get the top 10,000 most queried hostnames across all domains.
Can I Get a List of Hostnames that Have Not Been Queried?
This is not available.
Our Report Center only lists what has been queried for your zone.
Why Do I Have Queries for Hostnames that Are Not in My Account?
Report Center lists the query totals for any subdomain of a domain in your account, whether it has a configured resource record in your zone data or not.
Why are my Usage Counts for Advanced Services in Basic Reporting Different than Reality?
The usage counts are monthly averages--not live totals.
In other words if you had 30 SiteBacker records for half of the month and 40 SiteBacker records for half of the month, the total in Basic Reports would show you the average of 35 and not the current total of 40.
