- Log into UltraDNS
- Click Domains
- Click <domain name> that you are adding the CNAME record to

Click ADD+ in CNAME (Canonical Name / Alias) section

If CNAME section not visible, under the Bulk Import button click the Settings button
- Check the box next to CNAME
- If ADD+ in CNAME section not visible, click on <Up Arrow Icon> to expand section

If CNAME section not visible, under the Bulk Import button click the Settings button

Enter Host, Points To, and TTL
- Host - domain hostname
- Points To - canonical hostname of record
- TTL - (Time to Live) How long in seconds the record is cached on recursive servers
- Click SAVE
