Does the "Removing the DNSSEC security from the zone cannot be undone" warning message mean that DNSSEC cannot be added back to a zone in the future?

No.  It's just a warning noting that if you unsign a zone on us that is signed at the registrar, it can cause an outage.

DNSSEC can be added back to a zone afterwards by signing again.
