How to Submit a Support Request

- For support tickets:
- Log in to your UltraDNS account.
- Press the Support Portal button at the top of your UltraDNS account to open the Support Portal.
- Use the UltraDNS Support Ticket Template and follow the steps to help ensure a speedy resolution.

Verification
After submitting a support request, confirm that your ticket appears in your Support Portal activity list and monitor it for updates.
