UltraDNS: Unable to Send Emails to Google and Yahoo Email Addresses

Symptom

Unable to send emails to certain email exchanges

Root Cause

No TXT record configured in domain. SPF records are deprecated so it's unnecessary to add those.

Steps to Resolution

1. Log into your account at UltraDNS
2. Click Domains
3. Click the affected domain
4. Click ADD+ in TXT Records section
5. Enter host name, TTL, and SPF record (created by SPF generator)
6. Click Save

Additional Information

Even though you're only adding TXT records, the below SPF record generator will assist you in creating the TXT records needed.
