Currently you cannot configure SiteBacker for continuous alerting for prolonged outages. Alerting can only be configured for these scenarios:
Probe Events (when a pool record's status changes)
Record Events (when a pool record's goes from serving to not serving or vice versa)
Schedule Event (when a scheduled event has taken place)
