Capture Headers for URL

The following details how to capture headers for a URL, most often used to troubleshoot issues with Web Forwarding service.

Windows

1. Open Firefox (note: does not work with Quantum)
2. If you haven’t already, install Live HTTP Headers
3. Click Tools--> Live HTTP Headers
4. Ensure Capture is checked
5. In URL bar, enter the site having a problem (lefthand/from side of the web forwarding) and press Enter/Return (on keyboard)
6. Click Headers in the LiveHTTP Headers popup window (if not already on Headers) to view

Mac / Linux

1. Open a command prompt
2. 2. Enter wget <hostname> -S
