This article explains why the Zone Transfer tab may not load in the UltraDNS portal and how to resolve the issue.
Symptom
You are unable to access or manage settings in the Zone Transfer tab. The page may appear blank or IP addresses may not be visible when navigating to:
- Domains > <Domain Name> > Zone Transfer
- Accounts > <Account Name> > Zone Transfer Settings
Root Cause
Older browser versions do not work with the token service used by the Zone Transfer tab.
Resolution
Upgrade your browser to one of the following supported versions or later:
- Firefox 38 or later
- Chrome 35 or later
- Internet Explorer 11 or later
Verification
After upgrading your browser, log back into the UltraDNS portal and navigate to the Zone Transfer tab to confirm that the page loads correctly and settings are visible.
