Symptom
Many users from Geolocations in Pool A can't resolve the domain or get the wrong answer.
Steps to Test
- Click on <Pool A>
- Check to see if there are both Geolocations checked under Geolocation and source IP's listed under Source IP Range

Source IP's and Geolocations configured in the same pool

Configure Source IP's in a separate pool member

Insight into Root Cause: If you setup Geolocations and source IP's in the same pool, our server will be the answers in case where a user is from one of the source IP's AND one of the geolocation. It does not give the answer to the user if he's in either one of the geolocations OR one of the source IP's. IPv6 sources will be considered a part of the "Uncategorized" group within Directional DNS.
