Symptom
When attempting to log into the UltraDNS UI, the following error is displayed:
"Country not found in system null"
Root Cause
The address information associated with the user account contains an invalid country code.
Resolution
Contact UltraDNS Support and request that the Country associated with your User ID be updated to reflect a valid country code.
Verification
After Support updates the country code on your user profile, attempt to log in again to confirm that the error no longer appears.
