Overview
This article explains how to update account profile information displayed in the UltraDNS portal.
This process only applies to account profile information shown in UltraDNS.
When to Use This Article
Use this article when you need to update account profile information under Accounts > Account Info in the UltraDNS portal.
Steps
- Log in to UltraDNS.
- Click Accounts.
- Click Account Info.
- Scroll to Account Holder.
- Click Edit.
- Update the account profile information as needed.
- Click Save.
Expected Outcome
The updated account profile information is saved and displayed in the UltraDNS portal.
Important Notes
Updating account profile information in UltraDNS does not update billing records.
Billing records cannot be viewed, changed, validated, or updated by UltraDNS Support.
The following requests cannot be completed in the UltraDNS portal and cannot be handled by UltraDNS Support:
- Purchase order, or PO, updates
- Bill-to address changes
- Invoice address changes
- Billing contact changes
- Invoice corrections
- Tax-related billing updates
- Payment inquiries
