Notifications of Missing Records in Zone Transfer

I've heard of some instances where on-premise DNS solutions (ex: Infoblox) drop some records when performing a zone transfer. For example, an SOA or NS records get dropped. A nice feature for this type of situation would be if UltraDNS zone transfer functionality could be put into a *strict* mode where it wouldn't allow a zone transfer to complete if the resulting updated zone wouldn't have SOA or NS records.
