If you manage multiple accounts, specify the exact account name that should have HTTPS Web Forwarding enabled.
- Select Submit.
What to Expect After Submission
After you submit the request, the Support Portal will display a confirmation screen that includes your ticket number.
You will also receive a confirmation email with the subject [Request received] Enable HTTPS Redirect. You can reply to that email if you need to add more information to the ticket.
Processing Time
Support typically enables HTTPS Web Forwarding within an hour of receiving the request.
After the feature is enabled, you can proceed with certificate upload and HTTPS redirect configuration in UltraDNS.
Next Step
After HTTPS Web Forwarding is enabled for your account, continue with certificate upload and redirect setup by following How to Configure HTTPS Web Forwarding in UltraDNS.
Verification
This process is complete when the request is submitted successfully, a ticket number is displayed, and you receive the confirmation email for the HTTPS Redirect request.
Important Notes
- HTTPS Web Forwarding must be enabled on the account before certificate upload and HTTPS redirect configuration can be completed.
- Be sure to provide the correct UltraDNS account name in the request.
- If you manage more than one account, do not assume Support will infer which account to update.
